Job summary

ELEVI Associates is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist, Service Delivery in Memphis to support data center operations. The role requires hands-on hardware experience, ability to work with field engineers, and strong customer communication.

Weekend and after-hours flexibility, plus the ability to lift 65 pounds, are expected. Responsibilities include monitoring servers, coordinating with Dell, updating runbooks, and performing OS/GPU tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card.
• Experience in hardware repair and hands-on server components.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Linux logs, Linux CLI, and RoCE networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day data center operational support.
• Escort and coordinate dispatched field engineers.
• Manage parts shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Maintain and update environment documentation (serial numbers, elevations, runbooks, etc.).
• Coordinate with colocation teams for power, cooling and facility maintenance.
• Execute customer-directed system and version updates.
• Proactively monitor servers and notify customers of issues.
• Open and manage service requests; triage with Dell/support.
• Perform troubleshooting, log collection and vendor resolutions.
• Support firmware upgrades and hardware break/fix activities.
• Handle parts replacement and hardware deployment.
• Perform OS installation, GPU configuration and testing.
• Conduct system testing/validation for operational readiness.
• Handle urgent issues as flexible escalation/coordination point.
