Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking an Implementation Services Coordinator (m/f/d) to lead complex customer and internal implementation projects within our data center environment, ensuring installations are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

You will act as the technical and operational anchor during delivery, drive smooth execution, resolve issues, and coordinate with suppliers and customers, with oversight of handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center environments or technical implementation roles.
• Experience coordinating installation, commissioning, or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for suppliers/sub-contractors to coordinate execution and resolve issues.
• Supports testing and commissioning of installations and contributes to final approvals.
• Completes work order docs and updates systems per DLR procedures.
• Adapts project plans and supports milestone management to address resource challenges.
• Coordinates hand-over to Site Management and internal stakeholders.
