Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Data Center Cooling Engineer – Technical Service to join our Newark, DE team. You will support deployment of liquid cooling solutions for IT applications, report to the Global Technical Service Manager, and focus on two-phase cooling and immersion cooling for data centers.

Qualifications include a BS in engineering or materials science with 5+ years in ACR or data center cooling, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or Materials Science with 5+ years in ACR or data center cooling.
• Experience with data center operations and liquid cooling.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and travel 20–50%.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver refrigerant-related training in-person and virtual at customer sites, industry events and tradeshows.
• Demonstrate expertise in refrigeration system architectures and data center cooling.
• Provide direct technical support for OEM and aftermarket customers.
• Support quality investigations through lab-based analytical techniques and troubleshooting.
• Become proficient with refrigerant-related software packages for customer requests and training.
• Participate in industry Codes & Standards activities.
• Develop refrigerant-related literature/publications for industry education.
• Engage with value-chain partners, end-users, academia, national labs and industry organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; travel 20–50%.
