Job summary

Mechanical Products Nevada is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for Data Centers in/around Reno. You will perform electrical and mechanical startup maintenance and field service on equipment we sell, with a customer-focused approach and teamwork across project managers and service coordinators.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, HVAC certification, OSHA 10, and the ability to work in varied conditions across field sites.

Qualifications

• Requires HVAC cert and OSHA 10; 1–5 years in service role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Complete startup and proper documentation of new units.
• Perform preventative maintenance including belt adjustments, oiling, greasing, and cleaning.
• Interpret engineering drawings for layout and operation.
• Represent the company positively to contractors and owners.
• Advise on preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions.
