Job summary

Qualifications
- Higher education diploma, technical school degree, or equivalent military training.
- BSc in Engineering, Industrial Design is a plus.
- Experience in mechanical, thermal, industrial, or manufacturing industries.
Responsibilities
- Provide front line support for LiquidStack customers and Global Services.
- Assist with post-sales technical questions for customers, field technicians, and service partners.
- Coordinate on-site repairs with regional leaders.
- Support spare parts purchases and warranty fulfillment with quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
- Document troubleshooting steps in CRM using BoM, 3D/2D drawings, and schematics.
