Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking HVAC Technicians to support residential and ducted chillers and AHU systems. The role includes startup, commissioning, and aftermarket service with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Training through our STA program is provided, with tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle supplied. Applicants should have at least three years’ experience in HVAC systems, an EPA refrigerants license, and be willing to travel 10–20% to support branches and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of practical working experience on residential/ducted HVAC products.
• EPA refrigerants license and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors and related equipment.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for startup, commissioning and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide startup, commissioning and aftermarket service to customers.
• Offer solutions and quotes to improve facility efficiency.
• Collaborate with local market mechanics and ensure safety.
• Communicate problem, cause and corrective actions clearly to customers.
