Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead day-to-day operations for our US sites, manage inventory integrity, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments. You will oversee 3PLs, ensure security, and drive process improvements with a hands-on approach.

This hybrid role requires strong coordination with data center, engineering, procurement, and security teams to meet deployment timelines, achieve high accuracy, and maintain compliance in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods.
• Hands-on experience with a warehouse management or inventory management system.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and carriers.
• Knowledge of domestic freight documentation and safety rules for electronic equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across North America for owned and vendor sites.
• Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking from dock to rack.
• Plan and execute freight, coordinate international shipments, and resolve delays or damage.
• Manage third-party logistics providers, onboarding, SLAs, and cost control.
• Collaborate with data center operations, procurement, and security to align schedules.
• Develop SOPs, checklists, and training for warehouse activities; ensure compliance.
