Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Capability Manager to design and roll out scalable capabilities for our global infrastructure footprint. You will drive tooling, processes, and data integration to support inventory, warehousing, and transport management.

The role requires coordinating with engineers, vendors, and warehouse managers, delivering measurable improvements in delivery accuracy, cost efficiency, and data integrity while enabling expansion to new geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and carriers.
• Knowledge of domestic freight and related documentation.
• Familiarity with shipping regulatory and safety requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and vendors.
• Ability to build processes from scratch and maintain reliability.
• Willingness to travel to US warehouse and data center sites.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for new capabilities with partner teams.
• Oversee program management, tool selection, and integration with partners.
• Expand operations to new geographies with SOPs and data.
• Conduct RFPs and drive tool choices aligned with business needs.
• Ensure third-party tools integrate with Anthropic architecture and comply with regs.
• Test and drive adoption of new processes, managing risk and timelines.
• Develop reports on metrics like receiving cycle time and on-time delivery.
