Qualifications

• Experience identifying and pursuing data center opportunities in the western United States.
• Ability to build relationships with owners, operators, engineers, and contractors.
• Experience in proposal development, budgeting, and contract discussions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure data center opportunities across the western US.
• Develop relationships with owners, operators, facility managers, engineers, and partners.
• Manage opportunities from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and handoff.
• Assist with scopes, budgets, estimates, and schedules for projects.
• Collaborate with leadership on scope, staffing, safety, and profitability.
• Support planning around active equipment, security, and client activities.
• Grow repeat Day 2 and equipment management business.
