Job summary

Weeks Group seeks a Director of Data Center Construction to oversee multiple hyperscale data center builds across North America. You will guide Project Directors, Managers, and field teams, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and ensuring operational excellence from concept to turnover.

The role requires extensive travel and a proven ability to build high‑performing teams, manage safety and quality, and deliver on schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of commercial construction experience and 10+ years on large data center projects.
• Experience leading multiple project teams and executive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple hyperscale data center construction projects from preconstruction to turnover.
• Provide executive oversight for performance, staffing, and strategy.
• Develop delivery strategies to minimize risk and maximize schedule certainty.
• Ensure Weeks Group standards across all projects and client satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop project leaders and field teams.
• Champion safety, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence.
