Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE is seeking a Foreman to lead site-level network infrastructure and cabling projects. You will coordinate with Project Manager, field engineers, and subcontractors to execute work on time and to customer standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, QAQC, and hands-on oversight of labor, materials, and deployable technology, with a focus on delivering reliable data center builds in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in installing standard cabling technologies and in managing large-scale build projects.
• Experience leading multiple crews and coordinating field activities.
• Ability to forecast manpower and manage schedules efficiently.
• Proficient in reading drawings/blueprints and portmaps.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with regional install standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the onsite Project Manager and coordinate with Leads.
• Monitor milestones, productivity, and safety conditions on site.
• Coordinate with field engineers and subcontractors for execution of work.
• Manage labor, track QAQC, and ensure quality meets customer standards.
• Review completed work with QAQC Specialist before sign-off.
• Document lessons learned and maintain project paperwork.
• Support design/review meetings and new deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with customer rules, guidelines, and processes.
• Maintain project data accuracy and track material requirements.
• Slide into supervision of midsize to large projects with pace.
