Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks an on-site Foreman to drive delivery of data center infrastructure projects. You will lead field crews, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across the site.

The role requires extensive cabling and rack infrastructure experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication with clients and partners. On-site work in Ashburn, VA is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in installation of standard cabling technologies and large build projects.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and manage field operations.
• Strong written and spoken communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Report to on-site Project Manager and coordinate with field teams.
• Oversee milestones, safety, QAQC, and site productivity.
• Validate material, drawings, and portmaps; ensure customer standards.
• Support design/build reviews and liaison with customers as needed.
