Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, is seeking a Foreman to join the operations team at a data center site in Forest City, NC. You will support delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects, lead crews, and ensure safety and quality standards are met under the onsite Project Manager.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, tracking milestones, and engaging with customer-facing activities while adhering to customer rules and site procedures.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in installation of standard cabling, rack infrastructure, and managing large-scale build projects.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and manage time effectively.
• Forecast manpower and labor units.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
• Read/understand drawings, blueprints, and portmaps.
• Strong customer service skills and safety awareness.
• Knowledge of local installation standards and codes.
• Ability to multitask in a high pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the onsite Project Manager and align with project directives.
• Coordinate with Field Engineers and other contractors for execution of work.
• Oversee milestones, productivity, and site safety conditions.
• Validate project data, material needs, and QAQC checks with Field Engineer.
• Attend customer design/build review meetings as needed.
• Support new deployments and live site requests with project management.
