Job summary

CBRE seeks a Foreman to oversee on-site project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. You will coordinate multiple crews, work with field engineers and trade contractors, and ensure adherence to customer standards and safety regulations.

Lead productivity, manage labor, validate materials, and support new deployments and live-site requests. You will mentor leads, document lessons learned, and ensure teams follow established processes and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in installation of standard cabling technologies and managing large-scale build projects.
• Capable of leading multiple Crews and managing labor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
• Ability to read/understand drawings/portmaps.
• Certified cabling test technician (CFTT) or CFI or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the onsite Project Manager.
• Work with the Project Manager’s schedule and directives.
• Capture updates from Leads and submit weekly.
• Attend weekly sync with Project Manager.
• Oversee milestones and productivity adherence.
• Oversee site safety conditions and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with Field Engineers and trade contractors.
• Manage and control labor on assigned projects.
• Validate completed work with QAQC before final review.
