Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a Foreman to lead site operations in Forest City, NC. You will manage network infrastructure and cabling projects, coordinating with project managers, field engineers, and subcontractors to meet milestones and safety standards.

You will leverage five-plus years of build-project leadership, ensure quality, and drive training while maintaining strong customer service and documentation.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in installing cabling technologies and rack infrastructure.
• Experience managing large-scale build projects.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and coordinate diverse teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and site regulations.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the onsite Project Manager and align with project schedules.
• Coordinate with Field Engineers and other trades to execute work per plan.
• Oversee milestones, productivity, and QA/QC checks; ensure quality to customer standards.
• Manage labor and survey completed work with QAQC Specialist before field walkthroughs.
• Ensure safety standards, certifications, and customer requirements are met throughout install.
