Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical seeks a skilled construction-focused project professional to manage leased data hall spaces, change orders, and vendor bids. You will coordinate design changes, track schedules, and maintain strong communication with executives and customers.

You will work primarily from the Dallas or Toronto office with occasional site travel, handling multiple projects with a high level of organization and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide transparent and unmanaged communications, escalating risks and issues.
• Create and manage customer change orders in compliance with lease requirements, including bids, forms, and approvals.
• Coordinate purchase orders for data hall whitespace, security design, OFCI, and related construction activities.
• Attend design coordination and status calls, track progress against dates, and ensure decisions are timely.
• Ensure project schedule aligns with contractual dates using scheduling tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Design, Finance, Security, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Oversee vendor bid process through the General Contractor, including RFP development and bid analysis.
