Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a senior construction project leader to manage data center greenfield core & shell programs in California. The role requires extensive on-site oversight, strong budget control, and a proven track record with complex industrial projects.

You will coordinate with owners, developers, and GC teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. On-site presence in Hayward, CA is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience on large-scale commercial/industrial projects.
• At least 5–7 years in a senior or lead role delivering greenfield core & shell projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield core & shell construction programs for data center projects.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and change-order processes from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, and general contractors to drive on-time delivery.
