Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager (WSFO) to oversee on-site activities, coordinate with GC and design teams, and ensure timely reporting from pre-construction through handover.

The role emphasizes client-facing responsibilities and strong communication across multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of construction experience in commercial, multifamily, or office sectors, with proven project management and multitasking abilities in dynamic

Qualifications

• Strong construction management experience (commercial, multifamily, office, or similar).
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and multitask in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution as on-site observer from pre-construction to handover and document daily progress.
• Attend meetings with GC, design team, and utilities to track status without directing their work.
• Review pay applications, change orders, and escalate risks related to schedule, cost, and safety.
• Monitor MEP progress and report via logs and trackers to leadership and design team.
• Provide daily updates and participate in regular leadership meetings.
