Megawatt Construction, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of data hall fit-out projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.

This role requires a proactive individual with experience in construction project coordination and collaboration with stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring at least two years of construction coordination experience, strong communication, and proficiency with project management tools; PMP certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in construction project coordination.
• PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and completion of data hall fit-out projects.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs.
• Assist in developing and managing project budgets and schedules.
• Support quality control processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide updates to senior management.
