Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of data center construction projects. You will assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, procurement coordination, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and experience in construction or technical infrastructure projects, thriving in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project coordination, project controls, construction administration, or related experience.
• Experience supporting construction, technology infrastructure, telecommunications, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the successful execution of data center construction projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs.
• Track project schedules and milestones using project management software.
• Maintain project budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and cost reports.
• Coordinate communication among owners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement activities, material tracking, and delivery schedules.
• Facilitate weekly project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and action item logs.
• Support quality assurance, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and project procedures.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting documentation.
• Assist with risk tracking and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
