Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to service critical data center equipment and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams. You will perform startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modifications in a dynamic environment.

Requires 2+ years in field service repair and customer service, an Associate degree or equivalent, EPA Universal Certification, and valid driving.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in HVAC/R, electronic or electrical discipline or military training equivalence.
• 2+ years of field service repair and customer service with relevant equipment.
• EPA Universal Certification and safe driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, District Service.
• Completion of field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets.
• Travel regionally for local or national customer support, and assist on larger system startups.
