INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Data Center Technician to work onsite at a Microsoft Data Center. The role covers hardware installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a data center environment, including rack and stack, cabling, documentation, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring, and decommissioning data center hardware.
• Ability to diagnose hardware and basic software issues.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Installation and Decommissioning: install, configure, and decommission servers and network devices.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: diagnose hardware/network issues and perform component-level repairs.
• Rack and Stack: mount, connect, and configure racks with proper cabling and power.
• Cable Management: install, label, and troubleshoot fiber and copper cabling.
• Documentation: maintain detailed procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Inventory: manage hardware parts, order replacements, and handle returns.
