Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an experienced Data Center Field Superintendent to lead on-site execution of data center infrastructure, AI compute deployment, remediation, and commissioning across the United States.

You will oversee daily field activities, coordinate crews, ensure safety and quality, and maintain customer-ready documentation. Strong leadership, hands-on technical knowledge, and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center, telecom, structured cabling, or critical-facility field operations.
• 3+ years leading field crews as superintendent, foreman, or lead.
• BICSI certification (RCDD/RTPM/DCDC/Installer) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rack-and-stack, copper/fiber cabling, labeling, grounding, and closeout standards.
• Experience in active data centers, hyperscale environments, or critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for data center construction, deployment, remediation, and service projects.
• Own daily field plan, crew readiness, task sequencing, and production goals.
• Manage technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews across shifts.
