Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an experienced Data Center Field Superintendent to lead daily field execution for data center infrastructure, AI compute deployments, remediation, commissioning support, and critical-facility operations across the United States.

The role owns site execution, including safety, productivity, quality, scheduling, client coordination, and field documentation, while aligning crews and elevating risks for leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center, telecom, structured cabling or related field operations.
• 3+ years leading field crews as superintendent or equivalent.
• BICSI certification (RCDD, RTPM, DCDC or Installer) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for data center construction, deployment, remediation and services.
• Own daily field plan, manpower alignment, task sequencing and production goals.
• Manage technicians, subcontractors and vendors across multi-shift crews.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, planning meetings and progress reviews.
• Inspect work for quality, labeling, cable management and safety compliance.
• Drive punch-list closure, closeout documentation and customer-readiness reviews.
• Prepare accurate daily reports, issue logs and closeout evidence.
