Job summary

ServicePoint IT is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee large-scale data center installations across enterprise environments. You will lead field crews, ensure safety, and maintain quality on complex structured cabling and IT infrastructure projects.

This role involves up to 50% travel, company-paid travel and lodging, and overtime opportunities. You will collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, engineers and customers to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center or IT infra projects.
• 3-5 years leading field crews in large data centers.
• Ability to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation crews on data center projects.
• Manage daily field operations: manpower, scheduling, productivity, quality.
• Install and oversee structured cabling, fiber, server racks, network equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, engineers, and customers.
• Organize jobsite logistics and materials management.
• Maintain schedule, quality and safety standards.
• Mentor technicians and enforce safety regulations.
