Job summary

G&W Electric Co. seeks an AMS Field Service Coordinator (Data Center) to efficiently plan, coordinate, and oversee field service activities at customer data centers.

You will manage logistics, scheduling, and communications with customers, third-party service teams, and internal groups to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery. The role requires coordinating quotations, front-end financials, and documentation to support accurate invoicing and project closure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field service activities at customer data centers, considering project timelines and third-party provider availability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data center customers regarding scheduling, site requirements, and logistics.
• Provide quotations for billable services.
• Manage front-end financials of services, including quotation requests and PO creation.
• Ensure all service and billing documentation is provided for timely invoicing.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Production for action plans and containment.
• Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure access, information, and resources are available.
• Escalate urgent on-site requests and coordinate with Product Support or Engineering as needed.
• Monitor workload and capacity of providers and onboard new qualified providers when needed.
• Provide backfill support for Data Center accounts during peak periods.
