Job summary

G&W Electric Co. is seeking an AMS Field Service Coordinator (Data Center) to plan, coordinate, and oversee field service activities at customer data centers, coordinating third-party providers and ensuring on-time delivery to spec.

The role serves as the primary customer contact for scheduling, site access, and progress, while managing front-end service financials, documentation, and escalation handling with internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field service projects with third-party providers.
• Strong communication and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage front-end service financials and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field service activities at customer data centers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for data center customers on scheduling.
• Manage front-end financials, quotes, and PO creation.
• Ensure service and billing documentation is provided for invoicing.
• Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure access, resources, and information.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production to address issues.
• Escalate urgent on-site requests and coordinate containment actions.
• Monitor provider capacity and onboard new qualified vendors as needed.
• Provide backfill support to maintain continuous customer engagement.
