Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an experienced Data Center Field Superintendent to lead daily field execution for data center infrastructure, AI compute, network deployment, remediation, commissioning-support, and technical installation projects across the United States.

The role is responsible for on-site leadership, safety, productivity, schedule adherence, client coordination, and field documentation, ensuring work is customer-ready and blockers are removed promptly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center, telecommunications, structured cabling, or related field operations.
• 3+ years of leading field crews as a superintendent or equivalent.
• BICSI certification preferred (RCDD, RTPM, DCDC, or Installer).
• Strong knowledge of rack-and-stack, cabling, labeling, grounding, and closeout standards.
• Experience in active data centers, hyperscale environments, or critical facilities.
• Ability to read construction drawings, MOPs, runbooks, and project requirements.
• Willingness to travel nationwide ~75–90%.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for data center deployment, remediation, and service projects.
• Own the daily field plan, workface readiness, manpower alignment, sequencing, and production goals.
• Manage technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews across multiple sites.
• Conduct daily planning meetings, safety briefings, assignments, and reviews.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, access, and site readiness.
• Inspect completed work for quality, labeling, cable management, and safety.
