Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an experienced Data Center Field Superintendent to lead daily field execution for infrastructure, AI compute, network deployments, remediation, and commissioning across the United States. You will manage field teams, coordinate schedules, ensure safety, and deliver customer-ready work while maintaining quality and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in data centers or critical infrastructure and 3+ years in field leadership, with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center, telecom, structured cabling or critical-facility field ops.
• 3+ years leading field crews as superintendent/foreman.
• Preferred: BICSI certificiations (RCDD/RTPM/DCDC/Installer).
• Strong knowledge of rack-and-stack, copper/fiber cabling, labeling, grounding, and closeout standards.
• Experience in active data centers, hyperscale or critical infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for data center construction and deployment projects.
• Own daily field plan, production goals, and manpower alignment.
• Manage technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
• Conduct daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and progress reviews.
• Coordinate access, materials, equipment, and site readiness.
• Inspect work for quality, labeling, cable management, and safety.
• Drive punch-list closure and closeout documentation.
• Prepare daily reports and field documentation.
