Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, startup, and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will manage site activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery within contract scope.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, a college degree or equivalent trade training, and strong leadership. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• College degree or trade school required.
• 5-7 years relevant field experience.
• Relevant trade designation (e.g. Electrician).

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management for timely completion within budget and scope. Works with the Project Coordinator to prepare installation plan and procedures.
• Supervises Project Specialists, Installers and subcontractors; mentors and develops colleagues as needed.
• Recruits and hires project staff; manages performance of direct reports.
• Coordinates and supervises subcontractors; ensures QA standards are met.
• Assists in coordinating projects and recommends scope changes to improve customer satisfaction.
