Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading technical field-service personnel in HVAC, mechanical systems, commissioning, or data centers.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management capabilities.
• Comfortable evaluating employee performance using feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Able to balance staffing, safety, profitability, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach field technicians, site leads, and other field personnel to meet performance standards.
• Partner with HR and leadership on hiring, onboarding, and development plans.
• Manage workforce planning, deployment, and succession for critical sites and programs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance across the field organization.
