Job summary

SoTalent seeks a Foreman – Data Center to lead field operations for critical data center deployments. You will manage crews, coordinate with project managers, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on large structured cabling and fiber installations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data center infrastructure, strong leadership, QA/QC, and customer-facing collaboration. This role demands hands-on oversight, problem solving, and drive from kickoff through completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training in structured cabling, networking, or related disciplines preferred.
• 5+ years in data center infrastructure, field operations leadership, and network installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite field operations and coordinate crews to meet project milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to deliver objectives and manage safety.
• Track progress, escalate risks, and support QA/QC during inspections.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Leads and technicians on site.
