Responsibilities

• Own the performance and accountability of assigned field employees.
• Partner with Site Leads and Project Managers to deploy the right workforce.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, and deployment for multiple projects.
• Coach Site Leads on leadership, safety, and productivity.
• Manage coaching and performance-improvement plans when needed.
• Ensure alignment between people outcomes and business goals.
