Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Data Center General Superintendent to lead field installation on a major project in the United States. You will oversee field labor, quality control, and safety, representing the company on site to ensure the installation meets the contracted scope.

You will coordinate with safety, review submittals, manage change orders, and maintain client relations while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong data center and HVAC project background is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of superintendent commercial construction experience.
• Experience on large Data Center projects $10+ million.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Team oriented; guides direct reports and coordinates with admin staff.
• Proficient with OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Proficient with Procore; able to manage project docs and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Owns field installation direction for the project.
• Ensures quality installation and compliance with safety policies.
• Reviews submittals for accuracy and conformity.
• Identifies potential change orders and discusses cost impacts with management.
• Maintains customer relations and conducts weekly safety meetings.
• Schedules manpower and administers look-ahead plans.
• Interprets plumbing and HVAC drawings for craft installation.
• Manages on-site logistics and equipment deliveries.
• Administers construction contract and tracks job cost.
