Job summary

Midea America Corp. is hiring for a role managing the full lifecycle of HVAC equipment projects in data centers across the region, including site surveys, installation supervision, commissioning, handover and ongoing maintenance.

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams, manage scope, schedule, costs and spare parts, respond to emergencies, ensure SLA compliance, and help develop delivery documents and equipment health reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience in data centers, HVAC, central cooling plants, liquid cooling, or related industries.
• Familiar with the data center industry, with on-site management experience in well-known data centers.
• Experience in managing liquid cooling-related engineering projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of HVAC equipment projects in data centers: site surveys, installation supervision, commissioning, handover, and maintenance.
• Coordinate between customers and internal resources, manage progress, cost, and spare parts, ensure SLA compliance.
• Organize the team to produce delivery documents, maintenance logs, and equipment health reports.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services including energy-saving renovations and maintenance purchases.
