CyrusOne is seeking a Data Center Operations professional in Aurora, IL to support 24/7/365 data center operations under the Sr Facility Manager. The role focuses on maintaining critical loads, adhering to SOPs, and coordinating with contractors to ensure reliable facility performance.

The ideal candidate will bring journeyman-level electrical/mechanical/HVAC/R skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced data center environment.

• Willingness to adjust hours as required by the business, including extended on-site hours during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to the Sr. Facility Manager for completing assigned tasks in the Data Center Operations & Maintenance program.
• Use and train others to use CMMS to track maintenance work, labor hours, PMs, and tickets.
• Follow SOPs/MOPs/EOPs/MMRs for site operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and project work.
• Respond to building system alarms with priority to preserve the critical load and investigate root causes.
• Perform equipment and system modifications such as lockout/tagout and safe working area setup.
• Adhere to company, government, and client policies and regulations.
• Be available for 24/7/365 work and emergency maintenance.
