Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure SLAs.
• Effectively manage the operations budget and expenditures.
• Respond to afterhours on‑call data center issues and drive resolution.
