The role requires strong experience with electrical/mechanical systems in mission-critical facilities and effective leadership across multiple shifts, with a focus on safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
• 5+ years in a managerial/supervisory role with 8–10 direct reports.
• 3+ years of experience with industrial electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical infrastructure with high quality and no customer impact.
• Ensure safety, security, availability, quality, and performance across shifts.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers.
• Drive improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Maintain staffing levels and support expansions.
• Be actively involved in ongoing construction activities.
• Coordinate daily with third‑party vendors to meet SLAs.
• Manage the operations budget and expenditures efficiently.
