You will supervise 24x7 engineering technicians, manage the operations budget, coordinate with vendors, and drive continuous improvement projects from concept to completion while maintaining tight uptime targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a management position with 5+ direct reports.
• 5+ years of relevant work in data center or mission critical environments with UPS, generators, HVAC.
• Advanced electrical or mechanical certifications (Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians.
• Lead improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate daily with third-party vendors to meet SLAs.
• Manage operations budget and expenditures.
• Respond after-hours as on-call Data Center Facility Manager.
