Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a data center facility leader to oversee the critical infrastructure and drive reliability across global data centers.

You will manage a 24x7 team of engineers and facility managers, ensuring safety, security, and high performance while coordinating with vendors and internal teams. The role requires deep electrical and mechanical expertise, strong project leadership, and a focus on cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a managerial/supervisory role with 5+ direct reports.
• 3+ years of electrical or mechanical experience.
• 3+ years of engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, security, availability, quality, and performance of the team; drive positive customer experience across shifts.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers.
