Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Richardson, TX is seeking a Critical Facilities Maintenance Engineer for 3rd shift. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC on a corporate campus data center environment.

The role requires EPA 608 Type II certification, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently on night shifts with a 15% premium.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and monitoring of Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire Life Safety, and Control systems.
• Maintain facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to keep HVAC and related equipment at optimum performance.
• Record readings and ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous materials.
