You will perform hands-on maintenance of mechanical, electrical and power systems, conduct preventive maintenance, and operate building controls to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 4+ years in building maintenance.
• Trade school degree in HVAC or related field preferred; union training acceptable.
• Universal CFC certification; ability to read instructions and run basic calculations.
• Experience with CMMS, MS Office; safety-conscious and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and operate mechanical, electrical and power systems for critical environments.
• Operate building controls and UPS systems; follow safety procedures and SOPs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment rounds and service requests.
• Inspect pumps, fans, valves and motors; interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Maintain time/production records and participate in emergency response and on-call duties.
