Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management and team development experience.
• Experience maintaining SLAs through proactive issue detection and reporting.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data center operations.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of shift technicians, senior shift technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage 5+ direct reports; oversee workload and budgets.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and space for facilities.
• Oversee build-out of facility-specific infrastructure.
• Recruiting support and staff development responsibilities.
• Set priorities and develop project plans with IT and business leaders.
• Operate and manage routine and emergency services on critical systems.
