Actalent in Westmont, IL is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for large-scale mission critical and data center projects. You will lead electrical construction activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires travel to project sites and close collaboration with project teams and owners. The position is onsite in Westmont, IL with a focus on delivering turnkey electrical scopes from installation through commissioning and startup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of electrical construction experience on mission critical/data center/industrial projects.
• Experience leading electrical field operations in Superintendent/Construction Manager roles.
• Strong understanding of medium- and low-voltage power distribution for critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities for mission critical and data center projects from installation through turnover and commissioning.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, including manpower planning and scheduling.
• Develop and monitor schedules and budgets for electrical scopes to meet milestones.
