Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time Superintendent - Energy Marshall in Pecos, Texas.

You will lead on-site electrical construction activities for complex data center projects, coordinating with subs and vendors to meet milestones while upholding safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, QA/QC support, and enforcing codes and project specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Technical or construction-related degree preferred.
• Experience leading electrical construction teams on complex projects.
• Must be able to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and BIM coordination documents.
• Proven track record in safety leadership and on-site coordination on data center projects.
• Valid electrical license preferred (Journeyman or Master).
• Experience with OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site electrical construction activities from mobilization to turnover.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to meet milestones.
• Develop short-interval plans, look-ahead schedules, and manpower forecasts.
• Enforce safety policies and a proactive safety culture on site.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and local codes.
• Monitor productivity and manage field documentation.
