Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Electrical Project Manager – Data Center Construction with field experience to support a high-profile data center project. You will oversee the General Contractor’s construction activities and regularly report schedule status to the project owner, requiring deep field technical expertise, leadership, and a background in large-scale data center works.

The role emphasizes effective collaboration with stakeholders, governance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
• Familiarity with MEP design and knowledge of codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the General Contractor’s construction activities and report schedule status to the project owner.
• Manage project stakeholders and ensure consistent client delivery.
• Track and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, GCs and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs and support cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance.
