Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale Data Center project in Lubbock, Texas. You will provide field leadership, safety oversight, and coordination with owners, vendors, and project leadership.

This 18-month Greenfield project requires leading 100–150 craft professionals, managing crews and subcontractors, and driving schedule performance while ensuring quality and commissioning milestones are met.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required for site safety.
• 7–10+ years supervising heavy industrial electrical construction projects.
• Experience leading crews of 50+ personnel.
• Data Center / Mission Critical construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all electrical field operations through project execution.
• Manage electrical crews, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Direct workforce planning for teams ranging from 100–150 personnel.
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics.
• Drive project schedule performance and earned value progress tracking.
• Conduct daily planning and coordination meetings.
• Resolve field installation challenges and construction conflicts.
• Maintain quality standards, inspection readiness, and turnover documentation.
• Support commissioning, startup, and project closeout activities.
• Interface directly with owners, clients, vendors, and project leadership teams.
