Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on a large-scale Data Center project in Lubbock, TX. This senior role oversees safety, productivity, quality, schedule, and client coordination.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years supervising heavy industrial electrical construction, experience directing 100–150 craftsmen, OSHA 30 certification, and proven leadership in mission-critical environments. Willingness to travel is preferred.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience leading 50+ personnel on data center/mission-critical projects.
• 7–10+ years supervising heavy industrial electrical construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all electrical field operations through project execution.
• Manage crews, general foremen, foremen, and subs.
• Plan workforce for 100–150 personnel.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics.
• Drive schedule performance and EV progress tracking.
• Conduct daily planning and coordination meetings.
• Resolve field installation challenges and conflicts.
• Maintain quality, inspection readiness, and turnover documentation.
• Support commissioning, startup, and closeout activities.
• Interface with owners, clients, vendors, and leadership teams.
