Job summary

EPI Power is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a 10–15 person crew on a data center project site. You will ensure planning, layout, installation and wiring align with drawings, specifications and NEC/CEC codes while maintaining safety and productivity.

Responsibilities include managing tools, materials, daily logs, JHA reviews, and coordinating with a Pre‑Fab Coordinator to optimize task packaging and scheduling on site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Class A or B license from the State of Iowa preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of 10–15 Journeymen and Apprentices.
• Ensure work meets NEC/CEC codes and project specs.
• Oversee safety and field labor on the project.
• Maintain daily logs and progress reports.
• Coordinate with Pre‑Fab Coordinator to maximize prefab use.
• Protect materials and tools, ensuring availability to meet schedule.
