Job summary

EPI Power, LLC seeks an electrical Foreman on a data center project site to lead a crew of 10–15 Journeymen and Apprentices, ensuring planning, layout, wiring and installations meet project drawings and NEC/CEC codes.

The Foreman will prioritize safety, tool management, quality checks, and coordination with the Pre-Fab Coordinator to maximize efficiency while upholding OSHA guidelines and project schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Iowa electrical license (Class A or B) preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of 10–15 Journeymen and Apprentices.
• Ensure work complies with project drawings and NEC/CEC codes.
• Maintain safety, track tools, and ensure timely progress.
